Our Marine-Grade Lumber Upgrade for Wood Fencing

The material details deserve a place in your fence estimate.

In our October 2025 material update, we introduced a marine-grade lumber upgrade at no added cost to customers. When discussing a new wood fence, ask Tommy which components the upgrade covers and confirm the current materials and availability in your written estimate.

Ask what “marine grade” means for your project

A general material label does not tell you every specification. Ask about the actual lumber product, treatment designation, intended use, dimensions, and the components being supplied. Those details make it easier to compare proposals on the same basis.

Compare the complete fence

Look at the posts, rails, pickets, fasteners, and gate supports together. Material selection, installation, and ongoing care all contribute to how a fence performs; a material name alone does not establish a service life or a wind rating.

Our wood fence installation page explains the styles and project details we discuss. The pricing guide covers the factors that influence your total cost.

Talk through your wood fence

Share your location, approximate dimensions, desired style, and gate needs. Tommy can explain the proposed materials and prepare a free estimate for your property.
